An RCFE is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly—commonly called an Assisted Living or Board and Care home.
Options include private pay, Long-Term Care insurance, VA Aid & Attendance benefits, or the Assisted Living Waiver Program for Medi-Cal recipients.
